Privacy Policy
This notice explains what happens to data when you read vamos-bets.com. The short version: this is a static guide with no accounts, no forms that reach us and no advertising network attached, so there is very little to explain. The longer version follows, because the few things that do happen deserve to be stated plainly.
1. Who this notice covers
It covers visitors to vamos-bets.com and nothing else. It does not cover the betting platform this site writes about. That platform is run by a separate company that we have no part in, and once a link takes you off these pages you are reading their notice, not ours. Reach us at mail@vamos-bets.com about anything on this page.
2. What this site asks you for
Nothing. There is no registration on vamos-bets.com, no newsletter, no comment thread and no contact form. The login and registration panels you can open from the header reproduce what the betting platform's own panels look like; they are illustrations, they submit to nowhere, and anything typed into them stays in your browser and disappears when the tab closes.
3. Server logs
The web server records each request so the site can be kept running and abuse can be traced. A log line holds the requesting IP address, the time, the path requested, the response code, the number of bytes sent, the referring page where the browser supplies one, and the browser's user-agent string. These lines are not joined to anything else and are not used to build a profile of you.
4. Cookies and browser storage
This site sets no cookies of its own. It writes nothing to localStorage or sessionStorage. Two outside services can place cookies as a side effect of serving the page: the network that sits in front of the site and filters automated traffic, and the font host that serves the typeface. Neither is here to track you, and blocking both in your browser settings leaves the text perfectly readable.
5. Analytics
There is no analytics script on these pages. No Google Analytics, no pixel, no heatmap, no session recorder. Counts of visits, where they come from and which pages are read are taken from the server logs described above and from Google Search Console, which reports on search queries in aggregate and never identifies a person.
6. Affiliate links and what they pass on
Links on this site that lead to the betting platform run through a tracking address first. That address tells the platform which site sent you, which is how any commission gets attributed. Your IP address and user-agent are visible to that tracking service in the same way they are visible to any site you open. We do not receive your name, your phone number, your account details or anything you do after arriving.
7. What we never collect
No phone numbers, no identity documents, no payment details, no betting history, no location beyond the rough country a request appears to come from. If you are ever asked for any of that while believing you are on this site, you are not on this site.
8. Why processing is lawful
Where the GDPR applies, the server logs rest on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f): keeping a public website available and defending it against automated abuse. That interest is narrow, the data is thin, and no decision about any person is made from it. Nothing here relies on consent, because nothing here needs it.
9. How long anything is kept
Access logs rotate and are deleted within thirty days unless a specific line is held longer as evidence in an abuse case. Search Console figures stay for as long as Google retains them, which is outside our control. Correspondence sent to the address above is kept while the matter is open and deleted afterwards.
10. Your rights in the EEA and the UK
You can ask what is held about you, ask for a copy, ask for a correction, ask for deletion, ask that processing be restricted, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to mail@vamos-bets.com and expect a reply within one month. One practical caveat: a request we can only match to an IP address is hard to verify, and verifying it would mean collecting more about you than we hold now. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
11. Your rights in California
Under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, you may ask which categories of personal information have been collected, ask for them, ask for deletion, and ask that the information not be sold or shared. The answer to the sale question is fixed and does not change: no personal information from this site is sold, shared for cross-context behavioural advertising, or handed to a data broker. Exercising any of these rights costs you nothing and changes nothing about how the site treats you.
12. Children, changes and contact
Betting content is for adults. This site is not aimed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly hold data about minors. If this notice changes, the review date at the top changes with it, and material changes will be summarised in this section rather than slipped in quietly. Questions go to mail@vamos-bets.com.
